Do I manage the chat from WebxgoAI.com?

No. WebxgoAI.com is used for your account, license, billing, plugin download, and support. The chat is managed from your WordPress website.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If your subscription is canceled or expires, the license may stop validating and the chat may stop showing on your website.
